House Rules

-Please remove your shoes when entering and exiting the property

- No smoking, illegal substances and/or pets allowed on the premises

-Smoking, illegal substance use, unregistered guests or pets will result in a $250 fee

- Loss of tv and/or mini split remotes will result in a $100 fee
-Please keep loud noise (yelling, music) to a minimum

-Please take care of furnishings and walls. You will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

- For deliveries, share that your entrance is located on Stonewall

-Please confirm any personal breakfast options during your reservation.

-Exterior is monitored by two cameras, one at the front door of the house and another facing the driveway and backyard of the home.. No cameras are indoors.

-Please don’t open the gate or use the gated space in the backyard. Our dog may be in the backyard.

The space
This place was recently updated to reflect a contemporary feel. A continental breakfast is included for guests at no additional cost.
Guest access
Guests will be permitted to enter the guest suite and use the parking pad and driveway off of Stonewall Circle.
Additional notes
We will send the pass-code to enter the property the day of your check in.
Guest interaction
The guest suite is a former garage converted to living space at our primary residence. We anticipate that there may be some interaction but would prefer meaningful discussions through the AirBNB app.
Neighborhood overview
The property is located in Southwest Concord in the Shenandoah neighborhood. The area is quiet and has a suburban feel to it. We are within 8 minutes from the center of Harrisburg and within 10 minutes of Concord shops and restaurants.
Getting around
Old Charlotte is the closest main road which does have public transportation access. Car remain most reliable transportation option to get around the area.
